Outdoor Activity Instructor

Stephen joined Fair Ways in 2021 from School Camp Ltd for whom he had worked for seven years. In 2017 Stephen graduated from the University of Wales with a degree in Outdoor Adventure Education and has since developed his skills and knowledge. An experienced instructor, Stephen now heads up our DofE expedition provision.

My Why - As humans we are constantly being given the opportunities to truly appreciate new experiences. The fact that I can work with people from varied backgrounds and help facilitate these experiences is ultimately the reason why I work in the outdoors.
