Anne Segall

Anne is Director of HR, Development & Training for BMT Group Ltd, an international design, engineering and programme management consultancy of more than 1200 staff in 25 countries.

Anne’s background is in organisational development, change management and leadership development & training, having run her own management consultancy for 11 years and previously held roles at the BBC in personnel, line management and radio engineering.

Anne has an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University, is a member of the Institute of Directors and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
